Director of Global Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry.Proven track record managing sales with annual performance of $50+ million .Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and customers.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).Proficiency in current business software and technology, including ERP and CRM systems.Demonstrated success in managing international sales operations and achieving revenue goals.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally ( 30-50% ).Director of Global Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth targets.Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries and regions.Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of inside and outside Sales Professionals, including Customer Service and RMA functions.Oversee CRM implementation and utilization to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data.Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project execution.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales effectiveness and identify areas for growth.
