Collaborate with Clients : Start with calls to understand hiring needs and align on expectations. Plan and Strategize : Create tailored recruitment strategies with clear timelines and scorecards. Source and Assess Talent : Identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for client goals. Interview Candidates : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, mindset, and A-Player potential. Keep Clients Informed : Provide regular updates and maintain alignment throughout the process.
