Who We LookFor :

We are looking for an individual who can providesupport for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a,,, and.

Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also locatedon the island.

Responsibilities :

Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas

Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications :

Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges

Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.

A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
