We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer who will guide a small, talented dev team by writing code alongside them, coaching through 1 : 1s, and helping drive engineering outcomes through structure and accountabilityideal for someone who wants to lead and build.

As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you will work fully in?house at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona during your training period of 60?90 days. Following the training period, you will have the option to work remotely two days a week.

You will write high?quality code and lead the development team through mentorship, architectural guidance, and people leadership. This hands?on role is responsible for technical execution and team management, including tracking team performance and supporting team growth while maintaining technical excellence.
