Competitive Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience (DOE) + performance-based bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Generous PTO and Paid Holidays Hybrid Work Environment: Flexible schedule split between home and our Chandler or Scottsdale office Professional Growth: Clear path to advancement with firm support for continued education and licensing Collaborative Culture: A team-first environment where your ideas are heard and your wins are celebrated Job Details KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and sign off on individual, corporate, partnership, and other income tax returns Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, helping them grow both technically and professionally Conduct tax research and prepare well-organized memoranda with clear recommendations Develop a working understanding of each client's business to identify planning opportunities and areas for improvement Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, proactively gathering information, addressing questions, and delivering timely, practical advice Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field Active CPA license (required) Minimum 2 years of public accounting tax experience, with exposure to individual, corporate, and partnership returns Strong background in tax compliance, tax research, and preparing written technical memos Proven ability to supervise and develop junior team members in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset and a high standard of professionalism Interested in hearing more?
