Job descriptionOversee daily loan pipeline activity to ensure timely closings Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to remove obstacles Maintain high standards for loan quality, compliance, and customer service Track key metrics including volume, pull-through, turn times, and loan quality Support Loan Officers in building referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals Represent the company in the community with professionalism and integrity Drive origination growth through coaching, lead management, and referral development Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage origination At least 2 years in a leadership or production management role Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and training Loan Officers Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Ability to drive business growth through effective pipeline management and referral development Must reside within commuting distance of Oak Lawn, IL Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship offered) Active or previously held NMLS license Bachelors degree Experience with independent mortgage banks or smaller lending institutions Knowledge of MBS or servicing operations Interest in moving into executive leadership as the business grows Base salary : $100,000 Bonuses : $10,000 per Loan Officer hire (onboarding and performance milestones) Additional Bonuses : Management bonuses, Overrides, Profit Sharing Benefits : Full benefits package, 401(k) with 5% match, paid time off, health insurance, profit-sharing Primarily on-site with field engagement and in-person meetings Directly to the CEO
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead and grow our origination team. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, training, and supporting Loan Officers (LOs) while ensuring efficient, compliant production across all channels. You will oversee the pipeline, drive team performance, and help scale our business.
