Job Description :
The Chain Resolution Specialist serves as the primary liaison for our delivery locations, focusing on resolving high-volume, high-dollar chain account discrepancies promptly and accurately.
Utilizing MS Excel and SAP S Hana, this role identifies root causes of customer exceptions and escalates trends, working closely with veteran specialists to manage and prioritize tasks related to high-volume accounts.
Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities :
Resolution :
- Manage and track large volumes of information using intermediate Excel skills to facilitate overall case reduction.
- Utilize proprietary software, customer portals, and MS Office Suite to process cases and maintain accurate documentation.
- Compare delivery documentation for accuracy, taking appropriate steps to resolve discrepancies and communicate requirements to delivery partners effectively.
- Analyze customer deductions to identify trends and recurring discrepancies.
- Research and resolve customer disputes and inquiries, including pricing, missing payments, unauthorized product, and quantity discrepancies.
- Use customer remit to investigate discrepancies thoroughly.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation within SAP and external trackers.
- Develop a strong understanding of CSC operations to advocate process compliance and field partnerships effectively.
- Collaborate with sub-teams and other departments to achieve root cause resolution of customer exceptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal and external partners, meeting Service Level Agreements, Productivity, and Quality Goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for delivery partner locations, building strong relationships and understanding of internal and external processes.
Basic Qualifications :

- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in MS applications (Outlook, Word)
- Strong team and organizational skills
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral)
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Two- to four-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Prior experience with SAP SHana or other SAP versions
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, formulas)
