Position Nature and Scope :

Job functions require exercising independent judgment and leadership, but do not include the management of others.

• Prepare new and renewal folders to include all documents and information used to bind policies according to Carrier guidelines
• Quoting renewals with efficiency and accuracy based on market availability and according to department service standards and company compliance, while meeting set income goal amount annually
• Managing renewals 30 days prior to policy expiration adhering to the renewal service standard guidelines and maintaining minimum renewal retention goals
• Handling contract binding renewals; Providing accurate and timely reporting of all renewal generation activity
• Provide best in class customer service to client's network
• Being passionate about reaching daily task goals
• Providing feedback and solutions on creating better processes
• Diligently checking endorsements and other policy documents for accuracy
• Being a team player
