Position Overview :

The Operations Onboarding Specialist supports the successful transition of new employees into operations roles during their first 90 days. Reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner, this role helps build confidence and retention by guiding employees from Day One through their probationary period. The specialist plays a key role in connecting new hires to training resources, reinforcing safety and performance expectations, and acting as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact as they learn to navigate the production environment.

Responsibilities : Welcome & Onboarding

• Prepare new hire materials including schedules, training journeys, lockers, PPE, and orientation packets.
• Lead Day 1 welcome activities, including facility tours and classroom sessions on safety, quality, and company policies.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging first-day experience for all new hires.

Qualifications :

Hours, Location, and Pay :

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works Monday-Thursday, 5 : 45 am-4 : 00 pm at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
