Position Summary
The Plumbing Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales through building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in residential and commercial plumbing services. This role requires a proven track record in high-level sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present solutions that deliver value and customer confidence. The Plumbing Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams to align with company goals while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Were looking for aPlumbing Sales Representative with the drive and skill to produce $200K$300K per month in sales. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven closer who knows how to build trust with homeowners, communicate value, and deliver solutions that leaves customers confident they chose the right company
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Create awareness and demand for the companys plumbing products and services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate the benefits of available solutions.
- Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Generate demand through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following up on leads, participating in organizations, and attending trade shows and community events.
- Call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information, and quote accurate customer pricing.
- Prepare and maintain quote documentation with precise pricing and configurations.
- Negotiate details of contracts, pricing, and payments to close sales.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor offerings, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and support repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service that reflects the companys core values.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
