Job Opportunity : Home Health Visiting Nurse

ALL CARE and COMCARE, a provider group for home health services, is currently seeking a PER DIEM California-licensed Registered Nurse to serve as a home visiting nurse to cover Downey area and surroundings. We offer flexible assignments conveniently located near your residence.

This position is also available to clinically experienced RNs who are proactive in home health. We are looking for motivated and optimistic nurses eager to undergo training that enhances their competencies in home health practice. Qualifications :

• At least one year of professional nursing experience, including experience in a home health or similar environment, is generally required.
• Clinical assessment and problem-solving skills knowledge to be able to assess patients' conditions, identify potential problems, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Understanding the specific needs of patients in a home environment including thorough evaluations of safety, infection prevention, and medication oversight; a willingness to learn is also important.
• Must be licensed as an RN in California.
• A compassionate demeanor with strong listening and patient education skills.
• Maintain a clean criminal record.
• Proficient with computers / smartphones for electronic documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and their families, as well as for collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented and productive.
• Organized and patient.
