Senior Doc is expanding in the Los Angeles, CA area , and we're on the lookout for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for serving the senior population.
This isn't your average clinical role. At Senior Doc, we bring quality primary care directly to the patient —in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Our providers enjoy the freedom to practice independently, while being fully supported by a collaborative team that values communication, compassion, and connection.

What You'll Do :

Complete comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage chronic conditions, and develop personalized care plans.
Collaborate with care teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
Build trust and rapport with patients and their families through strong communication and a warm, compassionate approach.
Qualifications :
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in California.
Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or home-based care preferred.
A heart for seniors and a drive to provide accessible, relationship-based care.
