This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategies to optimize sales, profitability, and brand presence on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon, and a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing performance within a consumer products context.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share on Amazon's platform.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of 1P and Vendor Central management, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of high performing sales members to increase the efficiency of the group by mentoring, training and lifting others.
- Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account managers and key stakeholders to leverage resources and drive initiatives effectively.
