Field Sales Representative
We currently have are looking for a Retail Field Sales Rep to join our expanding Industrial Wipe company. We provide a variety of antiseptic wipes and have a growing product line, our field reps will be overseeing our product line with distributors in our growing San Antonio, Texas market.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Win-over new distributor and supply house customers
- Achieve sales targets monthly
- Visit distributors as needed, do demos, and assist with merchandising
- Build relationships with store managers and point of sale team in order to assist driving sales
- Use sales and negotiating skills to sell additional placements / products in stores
- Work within parameters to negotiate promotions at store level
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Sales and negotiation talent
- Excellent communicator with a great phone presence
- Constructive problem solver
- Flexible in work hours and adaptable to changing workload
- Proficient in Outlook; intermediate in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset
- Experience in transportation industry an asset, otherwise must be willing to learn a lot very fast
HOURS AND COMPENSATION :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm
70% of benefit premiums paid by company, PTO and various other incentives! $65,000 - $80,000 (plus bonus commission and vehicle allowance)
