The SAFR team is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in building and managing our sales pipeline.In this role, you’ll engage with inbound prospects, generate new outbound opportunities, and ensure our Regional Sales Managers are set up for success with well-qualified leads and smooth handoffs.You’ll combine strong communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to manage follow-ups, schedule demos, update CRM records, and support quoting and order processes.Your work will help us connect with the right customers, move deals forward, and deliver an excellent experience from the first touchpoint through purchase.This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact, deepen your sales knowledge, and build a strong foundation for a career in B2B sales.If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and taking initiative to keep the sales engine running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!What you’ll do :
Qualify inbound leads by responding quickly to inquiries, assessing prospect needs, and identifying key factors such as decision-makers, budget, and timelines.Develop a healthy sales pipeline by generating outbound leads through email, phone, and digital outreach across targeted verticals.Maintain clean, accurate CRM data by documenting all prospect interactions, opportunities, and deal stages in HubSpot.Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to schedule demos, manage proposal follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with customers and partners.Support quoting and order processes by creating quotes, assisting with purchase order management, and coordinating with operations and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Follow up consistently with warm or cold leads to move them through the sales funnel and keep them engaged.Develop a strong understanding of SAFR’s products, use cases, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value.Engage in research to help support our business needs.Assist with sales enablement material needs, provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and campaign performance.Ensure a customer-centric attitude by providing timely responses, clear. communication, and a professional experience with customers and colleagues.Other relevant duties as needed by the business.What we are looking for :
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, lead qualification, or customer service.Strong communication skills and confidence calling into businesses.Experience without outbound prospecting.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with CRM or prospecting tools (HubSpot or similar, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of the physical security space is a plus.Tenacity, curiosity, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.Powered by JazzHR
