Position Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Director with CPG experience to oversee our consumer marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the consumer packaged goods industry, ideally in the food & beverage space.

This role will be responsible for leading social media management, consumer communication, and strategic planning to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share growth, and consumer engagement within the dairy free coffee industry.
  • Lead all aspects of social media management, including content creation, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and performance analysis across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Oversee consumer communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints, including messaging, advertising, website, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and supply chain to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target consumers.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, informing marketing strategies and product innovation initiatives.
  • Manage promotional budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators such as sales growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the CPG space, leveraging insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the consumer marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the consumer packaged goods industry, with a strong understanding of CPG marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, market share expansion, and consumer engagement.
  • Expertise in social media management, including content creation, community engagement, influencer marketing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, present strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • We prefer someone who can work onsite in our Bellevue, WA office on a full-time or hybrid basis. We will consider remote candidates located in the US only.
