Our LPN / RN nursing staff have the autonomy to use the skills they possess on each shift and learn additional skills due to our wide variety of medical needs.

We are looking for a full time LPN / RN to work rotating shifts, on calls, 36 hours a week, only every 4th weekend and just 3 Holidays a year.

Overnight differential is an additional $2 / hour ($3.50 / hour for overtime) for weeknight shifts and $3 / hour ($4.50 / hour for overtime) differential for weekend shifts.

We believe that working hard and having fun go hand in hand in the work we do. New LPN / RN are trained in all areas of care prior to working independently so they have the knowledge to safely complete of all tasks they will perform.

Responsibilities include :

All aspects of nursing care from assessments to monitoring chronic and acute health concerns

Assist individuals with feeding or meds via feeding tube, catheter care / management, trach care, ostomy care, nebulizers, and oxygen

Take physician orders, complete orders, and relay information regarding orders to team members in lay man’s terms

Build lasting relationships with the people we support

Job Requirements

The position requires a current South Dakota License as LPN or RN. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.

Ability to lift and transfer as necessary.
