Business Recruiting Sourcer

A company is looking for a Business Recruiting Sourcer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract candidates for G&A and Customer Team roles

Source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates for priority roles

Engage and vet candidates while managing the interviewing and hiring processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of sourcing experience in business roles

Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership

Strong experience with ATS systems, ideally Ashby

Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership
