Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, perform budget analysis, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Manage all aspects of risk, including identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate site work activities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
• Handle contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Lead the bidding process for construction services, including preparation of bid documents, evaluation of bids, and contractor selection.
• Track and respond to RFI (Requests for Information) in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and followed, maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and overcome project challenges.
• Utilize strategic planning skills to develop project plans and set project goals.
