Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist focusing on Non-ACAT Transfers.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist members with the non-ACAT transfer process, providing clear guidance and support

Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and address inquiries related to account transfers

Work closely with custodians and financial institutions to manage transfer requests and resolve issues

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in financial services or investment operations, preferably with a focus on account transfers

Strong understanding of non-ACAT transfer processes and the related regulatory framework

Proficient in technology and software tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Must meet minimum WiFi standards for remote work, including specific upload and download speeds
