Growth & Digital Marketing Director

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Growth and Digital Marketing Director to lead and implement our company’s digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing ROI, and enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital channels. This role is critical in driving growth, optimizing data-driven strategies, and advancing our digital presence to support our mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, strategy development, and leveraging data and CRM systems with a proven track record of achieving measurable results in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving significant business growth through digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Expertise in CRM systems and email marketing platforms (, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with web development and UX/UI principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
