About the Role :

As the Nurse Manager for Critical Care , you will provide 24 / 7 leadership to ensure the highest standard of nursing care across assigned ICU departments. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory compliance, leading quality improvement initiatives, fostering a healing environment, and driving patient satisfaction across the board.

Responsibilities Include :

• Oversee daily operations and clinical care in critical care units
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Lead quality initiatives, including core measures and service excellence goals
• Foster patient-centered communication and effective discharge planning
• Support staff development and create a culture of accountability and excellence
• Proactively engage in rounding and issue resolution to improve patient experience

Required Qualifications :

BLS (within 30 days)

Compensation Package :

$79,000 $98,000 (10 years of experience)
