A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Provide services to internal and external customers while acting as a patient advocate
Utilize systems to resolve customer needs related to appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Ability to use Microsoft Suite and navigate multiple chat channels within Microsoft Teams
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) and flexible schedules as needed
