We are looking for a knowledgeable and innovative R&D Contract Scientist to join our team in Frisco . The ideal candidate will have expertise in sports science, nutrition, and hydration strategies to support athletic performance and recovery.

📍 Location : Frisco, TX

💼 Role :  R&D Contract Scientist

What You'll Do :

Lead and manage clinical trials related to hydration science , including protocol refinement, participant recruitment, and study execution.

Demonstrate knowledge of exercise physiology, sports nutrition, laboratory testing, research studies, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines .

Assist with sports science testing for elite athletes and clinical research participants, including lab- and field-based assessments such as metabolic, body composition, biochemical, and neuromuscular testing.

Collect and organize data, prepare reports, enter information into spreadsheets and databases, and create / file study regulatory documents (e.g., CRFs) in compliance with GCP and company research standards.

Exhibit strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners.

Effectively manage projects , ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and report progress to leadership.

Assist with study participant recruitment and scheduling / coordinating lab visits as needed.
