Job Overview

PepsiCo is seeking an R&D Scientist to join its R&D Operations & Measurement Sciences team supporting the PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) portfolio. In this role, you will conduct analytical testing of food materials and ingredients, generating data that supports innovation, productivity efforts, and ingredient functionality. This position provides hands-on experience with a broad range of analytical techniques and an opportunity to collaborate with product development, operations, and other analytical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic to advanced analytical testing on food samples.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analytical equipment.

Record data using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), such as LabVantage.

Provide analytical insights to support product development, innovation, and cost-savings projects.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges related to raw materials and finished products.
