IT Technician

Will work 100% onsite

• Validates and configures devices to ensure proper working order.
• Document and assist in providing Deliverable regarding the validation and configuration.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for a wide range of end points, ensuring the functionality of desktop, laptops, tablets, VolP phones and other associated perennials connected to network.
• Provide installation of endpoints, printers, and other approved hardware and software for efficient use.
• Provide Tier 2 support for organizational applications ensuring end users have a consistent and smooth experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
