HVAC Manager (Service/Air Duct Team)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC service and air duct cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service are consistently met.

Compensation Details :
- 80k Base salary
- Team revenue Bonus, paid weekly (0.25% to 2.0% of the team's total revenue)
- Multiple other Spiffs are available to all employees paid on a discretionary basis
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an HVAC leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- HVAC certification and relevant licenses are preferred
