Required Skills For The Solutions Architect

• 15+ years of software engineering and architectural experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern integration and deployment patterns.
• Define and deliver a large enterprise‑scale big data ecosystem; evaluate existing data architecture and work with the team members to continuously enhance and evolve the data technology stack.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage priorities, and drive system stability and delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security, and compliance within regulated industries (financial services preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
