Required Skills For The Solutions Architect
- 15+ years of software engineering and architectural experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and modern integration and deployment patterns.
- Define and deliver a large enterprise‑scale big data ecosystem; evaluate existing data architecture and work with the team members to continuously enhance and evolve the data technology stack.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage priorities, and drive system stability and delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of risk management, security, and compliance within regulated industries (financial services preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Solutions Architect Overview
The Technical Lead will serve as a key partner to product owners and business leaders, ensuring accountability for system stability, delivery excellence, and architectural integrity across multiple initiatives. This individual will provide technical leadership, guide engineering practices, and drive high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions that align with enterprise strategy.This role combines strategic architectural direction with hands‑on technical leadership. By ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices, the Technical Lead plays a critical role in aligning technology delivery with business outcomes.Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and engineering teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery of commitments.Delivery Ownership & Stability : Take end‑to‑end responsibility for technical deliverables, ensuring quality, reliability, and operational stability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.Technical Leadership : Lead troubleshooting and problem‑solving for complex technical challenges, drive root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions.Architecture & Standards : Define and uphold architectural direction, establish software engineering foundations, and enforce best practices across design, development, testing, and deployment.Risk & Security Controls : Champion secure coding, risk identification, and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.Mentorship & Growth : Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.Collaboration & Communication : Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure transparency, effective knowledge sharing, and alignment on strategic and tactical objectives.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits
