Job Description

Connections Personnel is hiring for a long term temp in the customer service department in Edison, NJ. Looking for a candidate that has worked in a warehouse environment in customer service with logistics background to join the team.

Responsibilities : Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries : Answer calls, emails, and chats to address customer questions about products, services, and orders.
• Resolve issues : Troubleshoot problems and complaints, and process returns and exchanges.
• Manage orders : Assist with placing new orders and tracking existing ones.
• Provide product information : Maintain a deep understanding of company products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams : Work with departments such as logistics, technical support, and marketing to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records : Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and update customer information.

Schedule : 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday

Salary : $17-$18 / hr
