Position Overview

A confidential client in the education consulting and reimbursement services industry is seeking a Part-Time Claims & Data Processor to support claims processing data entry and compliance documentation.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate data handling and regulatory compliance for education-related reimbursement programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment after an initial onboarding period.

The position will require 12 weeks of on-site training followed by fully remote work with occasional in-office attendance for quarterly staff meetings only .

Key Responsibilities

Claims Processing & Data Entry

• Accurately enter and process large volumes of data in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain speed and accuracy benchmarks as established by management
• Review billing logs and compliance documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Research and reconcile data against previously logged services
• Perform self-audits and correct errors as identified
• Document client-specific processes to ensure consistency and transparency
• Safeguard sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Utilize internal software platforms and reporting tools to support data processing and reporting needs
