Client Relations Manager
POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
You will be responsible for evaluating client requests, negotiating with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met.
You will also be responsible for managing billing and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requests for products and services.
- Negotiate with clients to deliver the requested products and services.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues
- Review monthly reports and follow up with clients to determine if tasks can be actioned for billing or rescheduled
- Track and document sales activity related to clients within CRM software such as closes, forecasted opportunities, calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Participate in meetings as necessary to address communication needs.
- Self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest level of integrit
- Record of selling related solutions within healthcare industry or laboratory background is a plus
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer relations or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
