Job Summary : Provide Program Management support for Digital Platform projects. Includes responsibility for planning, prioritization, and monitoring delivery of new platform content.

What You Will Do :

  • Apply prior Project Management experience and business acumen to coordinate the efforts of cross functional teams.
  • Define program scope with program success indicators to reap benefits of the program within a defined timeframe.
  • Prioritize program requirements working with Product managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Incumbent will manage multiple cross-teams' dependencies, ensuring alignment to a project delivery date.
  • Develop and produce project management schedules.
  • Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
  • Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
  • Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, issues, risks, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
  • Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
  • Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules.
  • Depending on nature of problems, expected to recommend possible solutions and alternatives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management.

What You Will Have :

  • Planning : Tactical, Strategic : Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting : Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
  • IT Project Management : Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
  • Consideration for Top Candidate :

  • 10+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Confluence
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure DevOps
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable

  • Summary Pay Range : $144,960.00 - $217,320.00
