You’ll join the Digital team and collaborate across product, design, development, and marketing teams to align site structure and content strategy with core product goals. This is a 6 month opportunity and can be worked Remotely.

UX Copywriter Responsibilities

• Build sitemaps, hierarchies, and user flows that ensure clarity and discoverability. Ensure content guides users intuitively through the experience.
• Develop frameworks and templates for consistent, scalable content.
• Audit existing content; identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities. Edit and refine content for clarity, polish, and usability.
• Write clear, high-impact page copy and landing page content. Create persuasive headlines, CTAs, and product messaging to drive action.
• Craft UX microcopy for tooltips, labels, onboarding, and error states.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across all user touchpoints.
