Summary
INB is a growing $1.5 billion leading community bank located in Springfield Illinois, offering a friendly and professional work environment.
At this time, we are looking for a qualified candidate with strong analytical skills to work in the Accounting / Finance department.
The candidate should have strong communication skills and will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and finance functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with robust knowledge of Excel.
Experience and Skills :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Initiate and oversee accounts payable process, including but not limited to opening mail daily, processing invoices into accounts payable software, preparing disbursements, maintaining accounts payable files, processing corporate credit card accounts for payment, maintaining vendor W9 files, processing year end 1099 tax forms for vendors and vendor management as assigned.
Complete in depth daily, monthly, and / or as needed analysis of select internal accounts
Develop working relationships with departments
Assist in preparing budget, managerial and ad hoc reports
Perform a full range of clerical duties including but not limited to document management, making copies, purchasing supplies, and writing and sending informative emails
Other duties as assigned
