Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
• May tests systems to ensure proper functioning
• Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance
• Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
• May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed
• Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
• Follows safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements :

• Be at least 18 years old
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work at heights and use a ladder
• 1+ HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Solder / Brazing skills
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics
• Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE
• Go up and down stairs
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
• Able to use a computer for basic tasks
• Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Have a valid driver’s license and able to drive to and from job sites
