- Provide a friendly greeting to our customers
- Generate Service Order estimations and quotes for our customers
- Verify Warranty and Service Contract coverage
- Coordinate the workflow of Technicians
- Schedule our customer appointments
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Must be dependable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Great computer skills
- Self motivated with limited Supervision
- Must be able to manage workload in a fast paced environment
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
