Verona, PA – Full-time, Exempt; M-F, on-call during weekends

Starting Pay : $66,600 - $94,100 per year; Depending on experience

The Director of Operation Services directs and coordinates all maintenance activities across the Longwood at Oakmont campus. Responsibilities include planning, design, and completion of capital improvement projects; as well as management of the Maintenance, Transportation / Security, and Environmental Services Department teams and leaders to ensure orderly, safe conditions of the campus. The role is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
