Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following skills / experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cost analyses for Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Program Office budgets, Contract Proposals, and other cost products as requested
- Evaluate technical, schedule, and performance data on a recurring basis to aid in Integrated Program Management (IPM)
- Provide analytical support for program controls, reporting, financial execution, and budgets
- Coordinate, brief, document, and defend results with and across other organizations and contractors
Skills Required
24 semester hours of quantitative course work (mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.) to include three hours of college level calculusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Access / SQL, DAX / Power Query, Excel VBA) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferredKnowledge of DoD "Develop, Deliver, and Sustain" processes, regulations, and best practices pertaining to DoD AcquisitionProficient in program development, budget analysis, schedule creation, and tracking of technical and schedule changesKnowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processCapable of effectively understanding and estimating impacts of program risk within an operational-focused environmentAbility to obtain a DoD Secret ClearanceSalary Range : $64,000 - $110,000 / year, DOEEducation
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
