We're seeking a driven, strategic, and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate our footprint in retail, club, and foodservice. What You'll Do

• Lead Sales Strategy : Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans to hit aggressive growth targets across retail, club, and foodservice.
• Drive Revenue : Oversee all phases of sales, from lead generation to closing deals with national and regional accounts.
• Buyer & Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributors to expand placement and maximize sales opportunities.
• Sales Leadership : Manage and mentor a sales team and external broker network, fostering accountability, performance, and results.
• Budget & Forecasting : Own sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting; deliver accurate projections and ensure ROI-driven decisions.
• Market Expansion : Identify new sales channels, demographics, and promotional opportunities to strengthen CFD's market leadership.
• Brand Representation : Represent CFD at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, showcasing our products and expanding visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives.
