Vendor Support Specialist

We are looking for a Business Support Analyst who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the item file catalog, supporting suppliers with new data structures, and coordinating with suppliers and merchants to ensure accurate data management. The role involves conducting research to find best practices, handling escalations, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable on the phone, handling escalations, and troubleshooting
• Eagerness to learn

Compensation :

$20 / hr to $22 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
