Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive. This role involves a range of responsibilities focused on expanding the client base and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Cold Email Communication : Craft and send compelling cold emails to potential clients, introducing our products / services.
Develop and implement effective email outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation : Research and identify potential leads within the target market. Populate and maintain the lead database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Database Management : Conduct regular database clean-up to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Utilize CRM tools to organize, track, and manage leads efficiently.
- Lead Engagement : Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from leads, providing relevant information and addressing queries.
Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Call Scheduling : Schedule and coordinate calls with interested leads to facilitate further discussion and understanding of their needs.
- Performance Metrics : Set and achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion. Track and report key performance indicators to measure the success of outreach efforts.

Requirements :

Compensation :
The position offers a competitive starting salary of £24,000 per annum, with the opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses based on the number of leads converted.
This can increase your OTE by £10,000-£20,000
