Account Manager – Sales Focus with Service Support

We have two agency locations in Philadelphia (19123 and 19127) and are hiring for both!

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing business but can also provide outstanding service to clients? The Adam Hurcheon Agency is seeking an Account Manager who can grow our agency through strong sales activity, while supporting customers with the service and care they deserve.

This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain licenses with our full support.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth – Market, recommend, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

Build Lasting Relationships – Develop and maintain customer connections that lead to retention and referrals.

Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations.

Deliver Service Excellence – Support customers with policy updates, inquiries, and complex issue resolution.

Collaborate for Success – Work with the team to meet sales and service goals.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales track record with the ability to hit and exceed targets.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Willingness to engage confidently in sales conversations.

Prior experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
