CPA Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - SEC Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage SEC filings including Form 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks

Collaborate with local accounting teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting

Conduct research on GAAP and assist in the development of accounting policies and SOX controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience

Professional experience at a public accounting firm

Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
