CGP : Payroll Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for over 300 employees, including union and non-union staff.
• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, including wages, benefits, garnishments, and tax deductions.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and labor regulations, including union agreements.
• Reconcile multi-state payroll tax payments and ensure timely filings, including quarterly and year-end reports.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll documentation and responding to inquiries.
