Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Description :

• Establish, sustain, and evaluate payroll processing systems
• Support audits by supplying records and documentation to auditors
• Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new departmental staff
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the department
• Deliver constructive and timely performance assessments
