Inside Sales Commercial Real Estate Opportunity

Start your path in commercial real estate with structure, mentorship, and rewarding commissions. We are seeking a licensed professional, or someone actively completing licensing requirements, to step into an Inside Sales opportunity that offers direct exposure to a high-demand niche.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will focus on identifying property opportunities, qualifying investor interest, and connecting prospects with senior advisors. This opportunity is designed as a clear pathway toward becoming a top-producing commercial listing specialist while gaining valuable experience in deal flow and client relationships.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $160,000+.

You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial transactions while sharpening your skills in outreach, research, and communication. Our team provides consistent lead flow, proven systems, and step-by-step mentorship so you can build confidence and long-term success in commercial real estate.

Compensation :

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Qualifications :

  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
