Job Summary :

• We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our team.
• With a focus on driving business success through efficient project management and operational excellence, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience to our dynamic environment.
• This role is pivotal in implementing AgilePLM strategies and utilizing AgilentVEE tools to enhance our project delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Proven experience in implementing Agile methodologies and managing projects using AgilePLM tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AgilentVEE tools and their application in project management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in Agile practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with work streams to ensure each functional project plan is sufficiently detailed and consistent with the overall project's objective
• Develop project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall plans for the work stream, including any requests for personnel
• Conduct project reviews of status and interdependencies for work streams
• Communicates appropriate outcomes to the PMO to provide timely and accurate information and status updates, along with issue and risk management
• Proactively identify risks and develops contingency plans, identify issues, and manage their timely resolution
• Communicate scope changes appropriately
• Ensure that deliverables and documents are produced as required
• Help to create a positive environment for the project team including open, honest communication and a clear path to escalate risks and issues
• Facilitates fast and effective decision-making required for progress on the project
• Responsible for developing and maintaining full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Agile PM having very good experience in managing the larger projects the position is expected to manage a bigger team
• They should be good in Agile management and make sure to track each detailed information.
• Pro-actively updates the status with relevant stakeholders
