Job descriptionBonus opportunities : top performers can earn $60K$75K+ Paid vacation + paid holidays Paid medical benefits available Simple IRA with employer match (after 1 year) Be the main point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience Communicate clearly with technicians and clients to provide accurate, honest service recommendations Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups with organization and efficiency Keep workflow smooth and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred or strong customer service experience in a related industry (hospitality, retail sales, medical office, etc.) Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency Highly organized, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure Someone who loves building relationships and helping clients feel taken care of Familiarity with NAPA TRACS is a plus, but not required
