The Director of Human Resources - Employee Relations / HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the team who oversees the Employee Relations process at BNSF. The Employee Relations team is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring consistency, and providing guidance and support to the HR matrix team. In addition, this position will provide HR Business Partner support for a Corp HR department.
