Global Parts Manager
We have been engaged by a world leader in food processing equipment to help them Identify a Global Parts Manager. This is a Newly created position and will be on-site in Indiana.
This position is not remote.
You will basically, be the CEO of the parts division and work closely with the sales team and customers to identify which parts are needed the most, and what customers want and need.
Reports directly to the CSO and will be highly strategic with the executive team to help build part sales and technical knowledge.
Help to organize and make recommendations to customers and flip to the sales team. You will need a background in the supply chain and project management, and helpful if you have some experience in metallurgy or metal fabrication.
You will need to stay on top of trends and track competition, vendors, pricing, and strategy. Creating and implementing strategic sales strategies to support sales and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years technical experience in a manufacturing environment and have an aptitude for effective oral and written communication.
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business is preferred. Project Management and Sales experience is a plus. The candidate should be able to facilitate negotiations and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
Analytical and creative thinking skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and presentation skills are essential.
Travel will be required 35% of the time both internationally and domestically.

Supply chain experience.
4 year degree in supply chain or project management preferred.
